The 132nd Gala 7s will take place under the banner of Maroon’d@Gala following the successful two events in 2021 and 2022 – this will be happening on Saturday 19th August 2023 and will form part of the 2023-24 K7s tournament.
Join us at Netherdale for the 3rd Annual ‘Maroon’d@Gala’ festival, showcasing the very best in Borders Rugby from P3 right through to Senior Rugby.
In the morning our Mini Maroons tournament is at centre stabefore handing over the baton to Semi-Junior and Senior rugby in the afternoon. The rugby is complimented by live music, street food vendors and five different bars open all day.
Throughout the day we will have some of the very best musical acts the Scottish Borders has to offer.
Maroon’d is more than a rugby festival. We aim to get the community together to enjoy a taste of exactly what the Scottish Borders communities can offer. At the fore-front of our day is our Senior Rugby tournament, which is part of the 2023-24 Kings of the 7s Series!
It all starts at 9am, and will go right through to 7:30pm where the event culminates with our Senior 7s Final!
CORPORATE HOSPITALITY
1875 Hospitality Tickets – £75.
A traditional hospitality experience with a three-Course Meal in our Hospitality Suite with four complimentary drink vouchers and a late afternoon buffet. With views of the pitch, and a live TV feed you won’t miss a minute of the action!
Mitchell Glass Family Hospitality – £35. Children £15.
Children friendly hospitality experience in the Mitchell Glass Marquee towards the Gala Water end of Netherdale, with a pitchside view, private bar, full buffet and late afternoon desserts provided.
We also have the Gala Rugby bouncy castle situated to the side for exclusive use for the children during their hospitality experience.
